The wave room also has a closet and a 3 drawer desk and chair that can be utilized as a working desk or as a makeup vanity with plenty of storage for clothing. The two bedrooms are across the hall from one another with the shared bathroom in between. The bathroom is located in a hallway between the bedrooms and features a subway tiled bathtub and shower combo and pedestal sink. In the living room you'll find plenty of seating options for everyone from a full sized leather couch to a fun egg chair. On rainy days enjoy a movie on the 52'' smart TV or one of the many board games or books provided. The fireplace is UNUSABLE, however the cottage has central heating and air and both the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. Just off the living room there is a laundry/mud room that has one of the three exterior doors. It's furnished with a full sized washer and dryer included. Pets Negotiable with Applicable Fees. When entering through the back door you'll enter through the kitchen before reaching the living room. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and a double basin sink. There is NO dishwasher. The coffee maker is a dual Keurig with the option to make either a pot or single serve. You'll enjoy the ease of having all the kitchen essentials to make a home cooked meal, as well as leaving plenty of pantry space for groceries! If cooking is not your thing, then feel free to dance along with the provided Bluetooth speaker/radio! Just between the kitchen and living room you'll find a round dining table for four. Perfect for a family meal or game night. When you exit through the kitchen, you'll find yourself on the private back deck. Again here, there are plenty of great seating options for everyone. A hammock, hanging egg chair, a loveseat and chairs. Surrounded by tropical plants and bistro lights you'll be sure to feel relaxed & rejuvenated in no time! Just down the deck stairs there is a large sized backyard where you'll find the propane grill, outdoor shower and shed with bikes, and beach gear for your use!
