Danielle Rose
With extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market along the Crystal Coast, Danielle proudly serves Carteret, Onslow, Craven and Pender Counties. Her specializations include new home construction, relocation, first-time homebuyers and investment properties and property management.
She offers a personalized real estate experience coupled with superior customer service, market research & analysis, negotiations, creative marketing and excellent communication skills.
Danielle is the active chairwoman of the Community Services committee for the Carteret County Association of REALTORS®️ Board of Directors and has served as Membership Director for the Woman’s Council of REALTORS®️ Crystal Coast Chapter. In 2018, she was awarded Rookie Agent of the Year from the Carteret County Association of REALTORS®️ for highest number of sides closed and highest sales volume and the Rookie Recognition award for dedication to her clients and integrity while working with other agents during her transactions.
Danielle has lived on the Crystal Coast for her entire adult life and has a passion for real estate and helping families by guiding them through their transactions and beyond. She worked as a HOA Community Manager for 7 years prior to starting her career in Real Estate and has enjoyed helping families with their home journey ever since. She specializes in New Construction and is an accredited Certified New Home Specialist and also Residential Construction Certified. Danielle enjoys spending time with her two children going boating and enjoying all this beautiful area has to offer!

A licensed professional since 1987, Toni offers the utmost honesty and integrity for all your real estate needs. With a diverse background in the real estate industry as a real estate paralegal, homeowner's insurance agent, co-owner of Howard Higgins & Associates construction company, and real estate broker, Toni brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Toni is passionate about her community. She currently serves on the Carteret County Associate of Realtors Board of Directors, served on the CCAR Education Committee for 10 years, has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity providing lunches for volunteers, leader of Operation Christmas Child for Emerald Isle Baptist, serves on the board of The Coastal Carolina Center for Women's Ministries and volunteers with Little Pink Houses of Hope helping to provide vacation retreats for people currently battling breast cancer.

With deep roots in Down East and Beaufort, I bring local insight, market knowledge, and years of real estate experience to every relationship. My path began in Wilmington working in pre‑development and land sales before returning home to launch Harvell Real Estate—now part of Big Rock Real Estate & Property Management. Along the way, I earned my Business Management degree and spent years contributing to my family’s Atlantic Beach restaurant, The Beach Tavern, which shaped my work ethic and love for serving others.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on the water, enjoying live music, gardening, spending time with family, or supporting local youth and pet‑rescue organizations. This community means everything to me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help others call it home.
